This enables you to benefit from the time and attention to detail necessary for the highest quality eye care. Daniel has carefully considered how best to marry traditional aspects of practice with the latest technology, for a friendly and clinically focused approach to eye health. Daniel is proud that this is one of the very few practices in the country to focus exclusively on ocular health; he does not supply spectacles. This gives his patients the freedom to choose their glasses or contact lenses from any dispensing practice, be it a London boutique, online or locally.

Daniel has more than 20 years experience in optics, he has been a director of a clinically focused practice in Cambridge, a visiting clinician at ARU, a senior glaucoma optometrist with Addenbrooke’s Hospital, a diabetic retinopathy screening optometrist and previously acted as an industry consultant helping to improve patient outcomes and access to eye care across the UK. Daniel has sat on a number of regional and national committees influencing eye health policy over the last decade including the Clinical Council for Eye Health Commissioning and College of Optometrists council.
Daniel is well known throughout the industry for his insightful blogs and public engagement work raising the profile of optometry and the importance of eye health to the public as part of his role as clinical adviser to the College of Optometrists, appearing in numerous publications and regularly in the national media. Daniel currently divides his time between being clinical adviser to the College of Optometrists, NHS glaucoma clinics in Bury St Edmunds and primary care practice across East Anglia. Daniel has an interest in the effects of vision in art. When not in practice, you are likely to find Daniel being chased around the park by his sons or enjoying the Norfolk coast!
